Every once in a while I run across the perfect guide or handbook that helps me accomplish a task. Shelley Hitz produced the book I needed most when I was in the process of putting up eBooks for clients. I flipped into the right chapter and found out how to update my Author Profile effectively. In another chapter I learned about making a lovely link to an Amazon book, which is soooo much better than that link code that goes for miles! I just learned how to do a couple of things that are either exciting or potentially time eaters. I have spent the last several hours updating my Facebook profile and created my first Facebook ad!
I have avoided Facebook till now because I was afraid of getting hooked. Hooked on what? Why, my own cleverness, of course! Anyone else out there that prefers watching the Facebook pop ups to see if your latest post has grabbed someone?
I also learned to create a Facebook badge that seems pretty important. Now I need to figure out where to put it!
